“Don’t Call It A Network”
Queens Connexus is an interdenominational fellowship for church planting in Queens that does the work of a network. It is not a network that tries to leave some room for fellowship. That’s because we believe friendship is our greatest resource. And we care more about what God is doing in our lives, than through our lives. You can be in the wilderness of ministry transition and find a company of friends here.
Relational Training
We are a fellowship that engages in the activities of a network, not a network that makes space for fellowship. Our first commitment to community enables us to discover and develop native leaders in Queens.
Cross-pollinating
Ministry leaders learn from each other, and thereby gain awareness of different approaches to specific contextual challenges. This translates to a residency program that equips church planters with several ministry models for greater adaptive agility.
Resourcing
We connect church planters with necessary resources to lead thriving churches in Queens. Our ministry leaders are equipped to lead out of health, and resourced to plant new churches.
Wednesday fellowship
Wednesdays from 9:30 — 11:00 am in Elmhurst
Our weekly devotional gatherings are a space for us to encourage each other, practice healthy vulnerability, and build trust. We want to hear what God is doing in your life more than what is being done through your life. This weekly devotional is open to anyone in vocational ministry.
