Join Queens Connexus for Rising Amid the Reckoning, a three-session formation experience with Chuck DeGroat, PhD, LPC, author of When Narcissism Comes to Church, Healing What’s Within, and Who You’re Becoming.
Together, we will examine unhealthy leadership patterns, the cultures and systems that produce and reward control and image, and how churches can cultivate healthier leaders and communities shaped by humility, emotional maturity, courage, empathy, and truth-telling.

Exploring how we cultivate emotional maturity, humility, mutuality, courage, empathy, vulnerability, and truth-telling in both our people and our systems.

Practicing Together: From Insight to Embodied Culture
Bringing real questions and organizational challenges into practical conversation, case studies, and practices that help healthier cultures take root and endure.
Requirements
Participants must attend all three sessions.
Each church must register a team of at least two people. At QCX, we want knowledge and formation to be shared within a church rather than carried by one person alone.
This gathering is for church-appointed leaders, including pastors, elders, deacons, ministry leaders, and church staff.
